This report presents evidence-based insights from the IN SITU Labs on how cultural and creative industries act as strategic drivers of innovation, competitiveness, and sustainability in Europe’s non-urban and peripheral territories. Building on place-based experimentation, it addresses persistent gaps in infrastructure and policy integration and offers recommendations to strengthen the role of culture-led innovation within future non-urban development and EU policy agendas
